Very happy with this setup. It works for someone that is just getting into sim racing or someone that is serious about it but doesn’t want to break the bank. Quality is very high at the price point and installation is easy. No extra tools required. Everything you need to install comes with the setup. I also recommend the mat (which is not included) to anyone playing on a hard surface. It keeps the setup in place and protects your floors.

Overall very pleased with my purchase. Very easy to put together and seems to be very high quality for the price. Seat is comfortable and it is a very sturdy setup. The only minor issue I noticed for my set up is my left foot slightly rubs the bar that comes down the middle when breaking. I slight adjusted the angle of my left foot and seemed to solve the issue. Overall, I would recommend this for someone looking to get a solid full entry level setup.

My 8-year-old and I have had an absolute BLAST playing with our Playseat! He's never liked playing realistic racing games before having the seat and now I can't get him to stop! It's also super easy to adjust between our two heights! Couldn't recommend more highly!

I ordered this seat after I had purchased the steering wheel. We also had to order the seat adjuster, we're not a "tall" family. We watched the you tube video to assemble. The video helped tremendously. After we got it all put together, my boys wanted the shifter. So I ordered that. Everything shipped very fast. It was less than a week. The boys like the seat. My 10 year old can drive as well as my 19 year old.
The only thing I don't care for is the fact that everything is sold seperate. I didn't realize we needed more parts until the chair was here.(adjustable seat and gear shifter)

I loved the seat, the materials feels a lot better than I spected and the shipment was pretty fast as well as an amazing customer attention. I would not hessitate of buying again. Points to improve, the backrest could be adjustable, it could come with a gearshift holder included.

Seat is exactly as advertised. Was worried about it tipping but never had an issue. Well built and sturdy. Only minor issue is there should be an integrated wiring channel for the wheel cables instead of pull ties.

This seat is, in all kinds of way, what I expected it to be. It can be set up in accordance with your personal needs. The quality of construction and materials is high end. I did not do a long time test up to now but it seems to be very robust too.
I now enjoy playing F1, Gran Tourismo and even FarmingSimulator to a maximum. So if you like playing with steering wheel you absolutely need this seat!

This may be the highest quality assemble-at-home product I've ever purchased. Every necessary tool was provided, and everything fit together perfectly; assembly was a breeze.

The seat itself is very comfortable and fully and easily adjustable to accommodate any size person. I can (and already have) spend hours in a comfortable and representative racing position flying around Zandvoort. The authenticity really increases the simulation experience.

Overall, a great buy on a budget. No such thing as buyer's remorse!

I was searching quiet a lot for a Racingseat on a small budget. The PLAYSEAT® EVOLUTION caught my eye caused by its pricy look but still relatively low price. I chose the Red one because the colors perfectly matched with my Gaming Chair.

It came in a well packaged but also small box and with the clear constructions it was built in no time.

The First seat felt very comfortable considering the low price. And even after ours of racing I felt no pain in the back or any like this.

The best part of this cockpit is that it is fully adjustable so that everyone of my 7 headed family could race in it. But I think a second one would be better so that I can race without 3 little brothers in my back wanting to race too. :)

From my Side this seat gets a big recommendation :)

Ich habe mir den Playseat schon lange gewünscht und habe mich dann doch entschieden ihn zu kaufen.

Als erstes muss ich sagen wie cool es ist in einem richtig coolen Sitz F1 am Pc zu Spielen.
Das Erlebnis wird mit diesem Sitz auf eine komplett neue Stufe gehoben und ist jedem einfach nur zu empfehlen.

Die Verarbeitung vom Sitz ist einfach Top und er lässt sich in wenigen Schritten zusammenbauen.

Das erste mal ans Lenkrad und es ist einfach genial.

Einen klein Sache die bei dem Sitz stört ist leider die Mittelstange an der das Lenkrad befestigt wird . Da man sie zwischen den Beinen hat stört sie leider um richtig an die Pedale zu kommen.

Man muss dazu sagen das man dieses auch ohne Probleme lösen kann in dem man diese auf der Pedalenhalterung weit nach außen schiebt und so besser an Bremse kommt oder man täuscht komplett das Gaspedal mit dem Kupplungspedal.

Also ich kann mir nicht mehr vorstellen ein gutes Rennspiel ohne den Sitz spielen zu müssen.

Daumen hoch und klarer kauf Tipp!!

I was looking for a good quality set up to use for F1 sim driving.
I looked at various options available and decided that a Playseat was the way to go.

Then came the discision of which one to buy.

The range of Playseat products is excellent and there is someting for all budgets and needs.

I finally settled on the Evolution beause the more upright seating position if better for me personally.

It arrived very quickly and was quie easy and quick to set up.
Build quality is very good and it is sturdy without being too heavy.

I use the Fanated CSL Elite F1 and it fitted perfectly.
I have diven many laps on many tracks and find it is extremely comfortable.

My car control and speed has improved significantly since using the Evolution which is a big plus point for me.
I drive every week in a League race which means I am in the seat for quite some time so it is important to be comfortable to be consistent.

Would I recommend the Playseat Evolution?
Yes I would, and I already have!

I recently brought the evolution white whilst struggling to find a good chair. This chair is perfect for me I love how it feels very similar to the seats in my car. I brought mine with the seat slider and gear shift holder which I would highly recommend to anyone semi serious about doing some sim racing/driving. Moving from a wheel and pedal stand and separate chair to this has been perfect, effortless setup and easy to swap the wheel over. 100% would recommend.

Iv been sim racing a few years, but using a wheel and pedal stand with a pc chair. Desided now was the time to finally get a seat and rig where seat position could be same all the time and so i dont have pain in my lower back if i did a endurance race.
So took the leap and placed my order. Really quick delivery and on time as per the tracker.
The putting it together was pretty straight forward. Id say toughest part is actually getting the pedal and steering colum positions just right but not to difficult.
Seat is lovely both in looks feel and comfort. Since getting the seat in the right positions for me iv even notice my lap times starting to get faster! So even better!
Overall this is a great product which i have no regrets making the leap and getting. If you thinking about this then you should go for it!

Very pleased with my order from Playseat Store, I bought this as a birthday gift for my partner. It was delivered within the 48 hours as promised which I was surprised about due to the ongoing climate. I had tracking updates all the way up to the item being delivered. The item was double boxed and seemed to be easy to assemble (didn’t do it myself), took a few times for him to get the right seating position but once he had it, it was good to go. Playseat Evolution and Gear Shifter PRO review

When the package arrived very shortly after purchase (very fast 48 hour delivery considering it came from another country) I rushed it inside to release it form its box. The wonderful looking seat was packaged perfectly and safely, leaving it impossible to become damaged. I removed the chair from its packaging and with a smile on my face I constructed the fine looking racing simulator. At purchase I was worried of the hours I would have to spend building it; however I soon realised upon installation that this was going to be a very quick task. The instructions were informative and easy to follow. I sat in the seat to test its stability and feel, however found myself struggling to remove myself from the seat due to its sheer comfort. I could sleep in it! I am typing this review whilst sat in it! When using the product you find yourself to feel just like you are sat in a real car, as it gives such a realistic feel, it really is the perfect racing simulator set up, a real 'must have item' for any car enthusiasts. Personally I use a wheel with force feedback (a Logitech G920) and was worried the seat would wobble when the force feedback chirps up like a raging bull, however the whole item is rigid and could take whatever the wheel could throw at it.

To summarise in one sentence I would say: A must have item, rigid, beautiful, comfy and perfect.

Purchasing the seat was simple and quick, you just search your item click on it, add to basket and safely and securely order your fabulous new racing set up. But there is more! You can buy accessories to further improve your already awesome Playseat, for example you could take it up a notch (in terms of realism) and purchase the seat slider which gives you the ability to move your seat back and forth just like a real car! This is also handy if your mates or any visitors fancy a drive on the rig, and they are taller or shorter than you, this is the perfect accessory to easily change the height, so anyone could use it! Also, if like me you have a gear shifter there is the Playseat Gear Shift Holder PRO which is firmly secured onto your Playseat and is adjustable for anyone who wants to use it. The Gear Shift Holder is very stable and refuses to wobble no matter how rough you are with it!

So finally what would I rate this perfect product on a scale of 1 to 10? 1000000000000000 is what I would rate it. It really is the perfect racing simulator from Playseat.

I finally decided to go for it and order myself a playseat, not knowing that 2 days later the whole country would go into lock down due to the coronavirus pandemic! Somehow it still arrived the following week, one day ahead of schedule even, and it certainly has got some good use already during this strange period.

I've had a steering wheel and pedals for almost 2 years now, but due to not having anywhere suitable to mount them and not finding time, I have barely been able to enjoy them. Now thanks to Playseat I finally can do that, and I really am enjoying it so much, maybe even more than I thought I would. I only now wonder why I waited so long to buy one...

Regarding the seat itself, I am very happy with the product. It is comfortable, it's got full adjustability to get the right position, and it's very sturdy despite being more towards the lower end of the market in pricing. I do fully recommend it to anyone considering buying one, particularly if you are not able to or don't want to spend the money on a more expensive setup.

As others have said, the assembly was very straight forward and I had it all ready to go in under an hour, including with the seat slider that I purchased additionally. It handily comes with all the tools you need (a couple of Allen keys) and even extra bolts for mounting the pedals. That part was the only bit that I had a little difficultly with, which was aligning the holes of the pedal plate to my pedal unit (g29) but for now I have attached it through the lower row of bolts only (there are 2 rows on this unit) and it feels very strong and secure.

Overall, a very happy customer!

Really easy to assemble, compatible with logitech G920, adds the next level to assetto corsa it is a little bit expensive but for me its totally worth it as i wanted to feel like i was really in the game, i will be back to purchase a few more of the extras like the monitor stand, mat and the gear stick support, good job guys and girls at playseat :)

I’ve been using the playseat for about 1 month now. Setting it up was straightforward and took me about 30 min. Thrustmaster T300rs could be mounted on it easily.
The racing experience got so much better with this Playseat. No more back- or legpain after multiple hours of racing. The seat barely moves while driving.
Materials used are very decent and durable. This is a one-time buy (until you want to upgrade ofcourse).
The seat can easily be adjusted from small kids to tall adults.

Very affordable and great value. I've played around with the Playseat Evolution Black for the last couple of days and I'm very pleased. The thing is very sturdy and does everything I want it to do.
