I have been debating building a racing SIM in my house for a while now as I'm a lower leg amputee.

I managed to try a gaming racing seat but positional comfort wasn't working for me as my bionic bits and pieces were getting in the way so I managed to try a PlaySeat which was perfect.

As I was trialling the seat and getting excited racing I was sliding all over the place as there was nothing to keep me static and having no sensation it then took away my concentration from the racing.

Now with the addition of the PlaySeat format I am anchored to the ground without any physical attachments and I am not moving around at all which means I can concentrate on the racing.

This is a brilliant mat and the most essential foundation for improving the gaming seat experience.

A MUST BUY for any racer.

I got this in the Project Cars 2 kit and thought it was actually a really good idea considering it protects the surface of the floor that you're going to put the sim seat on, the other added benefit is it's a very similar carpet to what's actually in most cars, so it's a little more of your car while playing your favorite racing games!

So I just bought one Playseat project cars edition and a floor mat, after searching on the stores in my country and the answer was "we ran Out of that one" in all of them, I went ahead and ordered from Playseatstore. I was counting with 2 days to have my seat but it didnt make it in time because of the weekend. Monday comes and I call envialia and ask them if I can go on their wharehouse and pick the products myself. I was so excited that I didnt wanted to wait any longer. And it all worth it. amazing products and very fast delivery, the only wrong thing was me, I always want everything for yesterday! Lol

Ich habe die Matte als Unterlage zum Playseat „Red Bull“ bestellt.
Sieht gut aus und fühlt sich wertig an. Er verhindert das verrutschen des Playseat und dadurch möglicherweise entstehende Kratzer auf dem Boden.
Alles in allem super Alternative, wenn man unter dem Aufstellort des Playseats keinen Teppich hat.

Ich habe mir die Playseat® Bodenmatte passend zu meinem Playseat® Formula Rot bestellt und bin sehr zufrieden. Die Matte passt natürlich perfekt vom Maß her. Auch vom Geruch her welches bei Matten/ Teppichen immer eine große Rolle spielt fällt diese positiv auf. (Direkt ausgepackt und ausgelegt - kein komischer Geruch) Auch die Gummierung ist gut und der Playseat rutscht nicht und der Boden bleibt heile. Fazit: Sehr guter Artikel mit einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

The Playseat Floor Mat is very nice.
I bought it to compliment the Playseat and provide protection for the carpet and floor.
This is a must if you have hard floors to protect the floor from scratches or damage.
this is an extremely high quality mat and is long enough to ensure that the Playset will sit fully on the mat even if need to adjust the seat for people with longer legs.
It looks really good when everything is set up ready to race.

I've had the Playseat Floor Mat for a few days.
The mat is very well made and looks really cool.
It is easy to use and fits perfectly under my playseat.
The only thing that bothers me is that the part smells extremely of gasoline or turpentine. In any case, the mat emits something chemical. There is no indication of the composition of the product. In any case, I recommend that the chemicals are adequately vaporized before they are used indoors.

Seit ein paar Tagen besitze ich die Playseat Floor Mat.
Die Matte ist sehr gut verarbeitet und sieht wirklich cool aus.
Sie ist leicht zu handhaben und passt perfekt unter meinen Playseat.
Das einzige was mich stört ist, dass das Teil extrem nach Benzin oder Terpentin stinkt. Auf jeden Fall dünstet die Matte irgend etwas chemisches aus. Es gibt keine Hinweise auf die Zusammensetzung des Produktes. Ich empfehle auf jeden Fall vor der Benutzung in Innenräumen für eine ausreichende Ausdünstung der Chemikalien zu sorgen.

Good quality product works perfectly to keep your seat still. More than thick enough to prevent any possibly damage the solid metal frame of the seat could do to any normal carpet or hard floor. Grip on the bottom prevents the seat sliding.

Bought this mat together with Playseat Challenge, since I don't have any carpet in my room, so I was a bit skeptical about placing chair on the floor without any mat.

The mat itself exceeded my expectations. To tell the truth, was expecting a generic mat, but got a high quality product that greatly sits on the floor and is supporting my chair.

Would recommend getting this mat with your chair and to those who don't have any carpet or something soft on top of the hard floor surface.

When the 1st shipment arrived I think the Fed Ex Driver was more excited than me. I has able to put it together with a little help in less than 1 hour. The seat slider was a little tricky but got it done and it works like a charm.
I had ordered the mat but I didn't arrive with the 1st shipment, but was there the next day by the same Fed Ex driver. He was excited to know how I liked the seat, so I invited him in to check it out!
He loved the seat and mentioned that he did flight simulation and was gonna check out Playseat!
The mat really finished it all nicely and will save my flooring.

I knew one thing about the Playseat before buying it, because I had seen one at my friend's place before: It's heavy. Knowing that I would expect it could be prone to scratching the floor it sits on, something I simply can't allow. The decision was simple: make my own "scuffed" floor mat using a towel, or get something that looks nicer, is a lot more sturdy and is designed for the exact purpose at hand.

Having seen the prices of office floor-protecting mats at Staples I could very well tell while this mat isn't particularly a bargain, it's not above the price range for such a mat, so I went ahead and added one to my rig.

I'm glad I added this component. Not only is my floor protected, but I can actually easily move the entire rig around by slightly pulling up the mat with the Playseat on it and sliding it around. This makes it easy to change configurations at my desk between office chair and racing seat.

If you're going to be setting up your Playseat on anything else than carpet, this is an addition you should definitely consider.

I purchased this for my son for his birthday to use with his racing seat setup. Delivery was very fast and efficient. The price was very good.

The Playseat(R) Floor Mat is Part 2 of our purchase. Part 1 was the Forza Playseat. These purchases transformed how I play auto racing video games. These were "gifts" from my wife who thought I should have a dedicated space aside from our family room! Bought this mat as my wheelstand kept on sliding away when racing.
This definitely solved that problem.
The wheelstand isn't sliding anymore and neither is the chair I'm using.
It's perfect for a stone or wooden floor.
However one small point of attention if you have a soft floor lining like me. (Novilon/Vinyl flooring) Then you will get indentions in your floor when using this mat due to the hard rubber bottom that keeps the mat in place. Not a problem if you're not moving your setup around.

As final remark great quality mat that looks nice in an interior as well.

With the purchase of my racing-seat, it was important for me that the seat would be easily adjustable to various lengths and heights. The seat is very easy to adjust, within 10sec you can have the whole seat adjusted from my preference(1.87m), to my girlfriends preference(1.65m). If you have a wooden floor, I recommend buying the Playseat Floor Mat, otherwise these adjustments might cause scratches on your floor.

I cannot express how this mat has improved my life and not just my gaming. I bought it so that my chair would not slide around on the floor anymore. It more than adequately stops my chair from moving and thus as a result my times have improved.

How it has affected my life was unforseen by me. Before this mat my chair would scratch up my wives floor and this unleashed the dragon. Ok, if you have a carpet floor, you wont need this one. But on a hard floor like wood or stone you wont come along without a mat under your seat. I use it for my Challenge Seat and it protects my floor perfectly from scratces as also i wont slide around with the seat on the hard floor.

And be honest, you already paid at least 250 for a seat, those bucks wont hurt you then at all for the grade of protection your floor gets then.
