I tested it for few hours since i bought it ( appro 80h).

And my conclusion are:

-Everything is well made,with good materials
-The gear shifter holder is very solid and well designed.
-The bucket seat is very confortable (i was a bit sceptical about it at the begining,cuz i have back problems, but it s great. :)
- to be honest, I haven t bought the playseat slider, and it s the only mistake i have made, i create the setup for myself, and when mates wants to plays, it s not easy to adapt the setup for differents sizes.

But to make a long story short, I should have bought it before, when you like to drive, it s a great experience.

After a few weeks of clamping my wheel to desks and chairs I took the plunge on a new designated playseat and it has revolutionised my experience with the wheel.

I no longer have to worry about wobbly mounting and moving pedals, you can 100% concentrate on your game. My laptimes have fallen and I'm able to play in comfort for longer periods of time without losing concentration.

The seat looks great too and has tidy cable routing making things generally look more tidy in the room.

I would 100% recommend the playseat to anyone with a wheel, I don't know how I lasted so long without the a proper set up!

Very well designed I'm 6'2" and have no problem adjusting all expects of this rig for a comfortable drive I have purchased the Evolution white seat rig about six or more year back but I seen this project car seat and had to upgrade. Don't hesitate you won't regret buying one if you love racing

Sehr schöner Playseat sieht super aus, die Verarbeitung ist TOP und macht echt Spaß damit ein paar Runden zu drehen das einzige was ich bemängel ist das die Feststellung am Sitz immer klemmt und man sich dort verletzten kann aber Warnschild gibt es aber in der Preisklasse sollte sowas nicht sein sonst sehr empfehlenswert ;)

Der Playseat sieht sehr gut aus, die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut (manche Schrauben lassen sich zwar schwer befestigen, aber das ist kein großes Problem). Der Zusammenbau war relativ einfach, bis auf die beschriebenen Probleme mit manchen Schrauben. Ich habe mir auch die Sitzschiene gekauft, diese kann man absolut empfehlen. Je nach Körpergröße kann man dann den Sitz einstellen. Das einzige was ich nicht ganz so gelungen finde, ist die Einstellungsmöglichkeit des Lenkrades. Man kann leider die Stange nur diagonal verstellen, d.h. wenn man das Lenkrad (ich haben das T300RS) in eine höhere Position verstellen möchte, rückt es automatisch näher an den Körper heran. Bei noch größeren Spielern (ich bin ca. 183cm groß) könnte es zu noch größeren Problemen führen, als ich schon habe. Eine vertikale Einstellungsmöglichkeit wäre von Vorteil. Ansonsten ein sehr guter Playseat. Das Fahrgefühl ist wirklich cool. Sehr empfehlenswert!

So I just bought one Playseat project cars edition and a floor mat, after searching on the stores in my country and the answer was "we ran Out of that one" in all of them, I went ahead and ordered from Playseatstore. I was counting with 2 days to have my seat but it didnt make it in time because of the weekend. Monday comes and I call envialia and ask them if I can go on their wharehouse and pick the products myself. I was so excited that I didnt wanted to wait any longer. And it all worth it. amazing products and very fast delivery, the only wrong thing was me, I always want everything for yesterday! Lol

Orderd my playseat Project Cars, with the slider and the floor mat, waited a couple of days and BOOM... Hello mr postman :) Took me a little hour to set everything up. I was really impressed about the quality. My alcantara seat is a dream to sit in (easily adjustable), the stitching is amazing and the feel when I put in Project Cars and started racing is divine. The slider already came to good use, when my daughter wanted to drive on Spa (my favourite track). And the floor mat keeps everything perfectly in place. Best present I bought for myself in a long while.

After a great deal of consideration (I already had a older Playseat Evo) I looked around the racing seat market, but could not find anything close to the Playseat Project Cars Edition.

I wanted an Alcantara material seat - long racing sessions get hot! - and my existing one was vinyl. I also wanted the newer style seat with the head protection.

After a quick online chat with the customer team online, I ordered from Playseat's store online, as I couldn't find this model within the UK.

The unit arrived just a few days later from the Netherlands, packaged in a outer box, with the actual playseat box inside. Superb packaging inside meant nothing was marked or damaged.

Just an hour of assembly to put the seat together, and then fit my Thrustmaster T500 and pedals, and some tidying of the cables (plenty ties are supplied for nice cable management) and I'm racing. Tip: Make sure you have tightened the main bolts, and re-check regularly, as any movement and flex indicates they could use more turns.

The new setup is SUPERB, no other word for it. The seat is comfortable even for long endurance races (my first race was a 2 hour endurance in Project Cars!).

The seat package has met all my hopes and expectations and is amazingly detailed and well designed.

I cannot recommend this enough, such an improvement over desks and wheelstands etc, it really is worth the outlay - it will return it in fun ten times over!

Nachdem für mehrere Wochen mein Couchtisch als Konsole herhalten musste und dies kein Dauerzustand sein konnte, stand die Anschaffung eines Rennsitzes fest.

Vom Budget her war die Luxusklasse nicht möglich, daher musste die Wahl im unteren Preissegment fallen. Unter den in Frage kommenden Herstellern fiel mir vom Design her sofort der Playseat in der Project Cars Edition auf. Positiv fand ich das Material (Alcantara), das Design (Project Cars Edition) und die Möglichkeit ihn platzsparend zu verstauen (klappbarer Sitz und von der Länge her schnell zusammenzuschieben). Negativ fand ich zunächst die mittig zwischen den Beinen liegende Halterungsstange für das Lenkrad.
Gegenüber den anderen in Frage kommenden Modellen überwogen jedoch die positiven Merkmale des Playseats und somit bestellte ich eine Woche vor Weihnachten den besagten Sitz als Set inkl. Sitzschiene und Bodenmatte.
Bereits einen Werktag später wurde dieser angeliefert! Das Gewicht des Kartons versprach mal schon einen stabilen Eindruck. Der Sitz war schnell zusammengebaut, nur die Montage der Sitzschiene war etwas fummelig. Die erste Sitzprobe war sehr positiv, das Material des Sitzes ist qualitativ hochwertig und eine passende Sitzposition ist durch die verstellbaren Elemente schnell gefunden. Die Rückenlehne des Sitzes könnte nach meinem Empfinden noch etwas besser gepolstert sein. Die mittig sitzende Halterungsstange für das Lenkrad ist entgegen meinen ersten Befürchtungen doch nicht so störend wie zunächst angenommen. Die Konstruktion insgesamt ist sehr stabil. Er sieht wirklich super aus und ist bequem. Auch nach mehrstündigen Sitzungen habe ich keine Probleme mit dem Rücken oder irgendwelche Ermüdungserscheinungen. Ich verweile nach meinen Events sogar noch ein bisschen im Sitz und schaue ein wenig Fernsehen ;-)
Die mir zunächst nicht so wichtige, im Set enthaltene Bodenmatte erwies sich als wichtiges Zubehör, um den Boden vor Kratzern oder Druckstellen zu schützen. Ich würde mir als Zubehör noch eine Halterung/Ablage für mein Tablet und meine kleine Tastatur wünschen, da ich diese während der Events immer benötige.

Mein Fazit nach knapp zwei Wochen intensiver Nutzung:
Insgesamt ist der Sitz in dieser Preisklasse absolut zu empfehlen. Sicherlich gibt es noch bessere Sitze, die dann aber auch mindestens doppelt so viel kosten. Ich habe den Kauf nicht bereut und habe mich über mein eigenes Weihnachtsgeschenk, dass zudem auch super schnell angekommen ist, sehr gefreut ;-)
